Art at zen play. What?! Sometimes I paint with purpose knowing what I am working on. Sometimes I paint to get out a particular feeling, moment or emotion. Almost daily I paint to calm down, destress, clear my mind and enter a my own little moment of zen. It’s where I escape reality for a moment.
